The U. S. Department of Commerce, U. S. Department of Defense, Environmental Protection Agency, and the U. S. Department of Energy are issuing a notice to announce the Rapid Commercialization Initiative, a program aimed at accelerating the market entry of environmental technologies by identifying and reducing barriers to commercialization.
