EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which establishes control technology requirements for eleven major sources and limits emissions from one source to below major source levels, as part of its efforts to improve air quality in the state.
