EPA Proposes Changes to Clean Air and Water Act Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to remove a section of regulations related to contract administration and debarment, and to amend other regulations to incorporate provisions for ineligibility under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act.
