EPA Approves Kentucky Air Quality Designations and Plans

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the Commonwealth of Kentucky's redesignation of four areas to attainment for ozone, including Lexington, Owensboro, Paducah, and Edmonson County, and associated maintenance plans, meeting Clean Air Act requirements.
