EPA Approves Ozone State Implementation Plan Revisions for Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the ozone State Implementation Plans (SIPs) for Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, in response to requests submitted by these states to meet the Clean Air Act requirements and the Photochemical Assessment Monitoring Stations (PAMS) regulations.
