EPA Approves Maine's Small Business Compliance Assistance Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of Maine to establish a Small Business Stationary Source Technical and Environmental Compliance Assistance Program. This program aims to provide small businesses with access to technical assistance and regulatory information necessary to comply with the Clean Air Act, which was amended in 1990.
