EPA Approves Tennessee Air Quality Plan and Motor Vehicle Inspection Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected minor errors in the amendments to the air quality regulations, approving a basic motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program in four Tennessee counties as part of the Nashville ozone nonattainment area.
