EPA Proposes Approval and Disapproval of Virginia Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve and disapprove certain revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia, including changes to confidentiality provisions and permitting requirements for minor new sources.
