Appraisal Subcommittee Publishes Notice for Public Comment on Implementing CDRIA Section 315

The Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council is seeking public input on how to implement section 315 of the Riegle Community Development and Regulatory Improvement Act of 1994, with the goal of creating a more efficient and uniform system for temporary practice and reciprocity among certified and licensed appraisers.
