Notice of Intent to Prepare Joint Environmental Impact Statement for Naval Medical Center Oakland Disposal and Potential Reuse

The US Navy and City of Oakland are preparing a joint Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the disposal and potential reuse of the Naval Medical Center Oakland (NMCO) in Oakland, California, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
