Public Health Service; CLIA Program; Categorization of Waived Tests

In this rule we are proposing criteria we would use to determine whether to categorize specific laboratory tests as waived from certain requirements of the Clinical Laboratories Improvement Amendments of 1988. We also propose revisions to requirements that laboratories performing waived tests must meet.
