EPA Removes Jackson Township Landfill from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region II has deleted the Jackson Township Landfill Superfund site in Ocean County, New Jersey from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all Fund-financed responses under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA).
