EPA Proposes Conditional Waivers for American Samoa, CNMI, and Guam to Exempt from Clean Air Act Requirements

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed granting conditional exemptions to the territories of American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), and Guam from certain requirements of the Clean Air Act, allowing them to avoid implementing title V operating permit programs for major sources and other stationary sources.
