EPA Proposes Settlement for Jack's Creek/Sitkin Smelting Superfund Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency is proposing a de micromis settlement to resolve response costs at the Jack's Creek/Sitkin Smelting Superfund Site in Pennsylvania, incurred by the EPA and attributed to companies Gould Electronics and Texas Instruments.
