EPA Proposes to Revoke Significant New Use Rule for Cyclohexanecarbonitrile

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revoke a significant new use rule for cyclohexanecarbonitrile, 1,3,3-trimethyl-5-oxo-, based on new data that indicates the substance does not pose an unreasonable risk to human health, following the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) section 5(a)(2). Written comments must be submitted by October 13, 1995.
