FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Chippewa Valley Regional Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on its proposed rule to allow Chippewa Valley Regional Airport in Eau Claire, WI to use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) to fund airport improvements, as mandated by the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
