Federal Aviation Administration Issues Amendment to Airworthiness Directive for de Havilland DHC-6 Series Airplanes

The FAA is updating its policy for aging commuter-class aircraft by allowing for fewer repetitive inspections of the elevator root ribs on de Havilland DHC-6 series planes, in favor of modified parts or modifications.
