EPA to Delete Clothier Disposal Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region II is seeking public comment on its plan to remove the Clothier Disposal site from the National Priorities List (NPL), following a determination that no further cleanup is necessary under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
