NOAA Proposes Comprehensive Management Plan for Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary

NOAA is proposing a comprehensive management plan and implementing regulations for the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary, which was designated by Congress in 1992, to govern activities consistent with the HINMSA and the National Marine Sanctuaries Act.
