Federal Acquisition Regulation; Whistleblower Protections for Contractor Employees (Ethics) - Applicability Date Established

The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council has issued an Applicability Date for the regulation, in addition to the previously established Effective Date, following the issuance of a final rule in 1995 regarding whistleblower protections for contractor employees under the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994.
