Government to Reimburse Protest Costs for Misrepresentation

The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council is finalizing a rule allowing the government to seek reimbursement for protest costs paid to protesters whose claims are sustained due to the awardee's misrepresentation, which can be offset against future government payments.
