EPA Extends Comment Period for Arizona Operating Permits Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for a proposed rule regarding the interim approval of Arizona's operating permits program, which includes the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, Maricopa County Environmental Services Department, Pima County Department of Environmental Quality, and Pinal County Air Quality Control District, for an additional 30 days at the request of the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest.
