EPA Proposes De Minimis Settlement for Jack's Creek/Sitkin Smelting Superfund Site

The US Environmental Protection Agency is proposing a de minimis settlement to resolve liability under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act for response costs at the Jack's Creek/Sitkin Smelting Superfund Site in Pennsylvania.
