Avermectin BINF1 and Its Delta-8,9-Isomer; Pesticide Tolerance

EPA proposes to establish a tolerance for combined residues of the insecticide avermectin B 1 and its delta-8,9-isomer in or on the raw agricultural commodity bell peppers. Merck Research Laboratories requested the proposed regulation to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of the insecticide pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
