Pfizer, Inc.; Filing of Food Additive Petition

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing that Pfizer, Inc., has filed a petition proposing that the food additive regulations be amended to provide for the safe use of polydextrose as a bulking agent/texturizer in fruit and water ices.
