CSX Transportation, Inc. and Consolidated Rail Corporation to Rationalize Facilities Exemption

The Surface Transportation Board has granted an exemption to CSX Transportation, Inc. and Consolidated Rail Corporation to rationalize the lease and trackage rights of certain joint facilities, allowing the carriers to vest control of each facility in the carrier making the greatest use of it, subject to standard labor protective conditions.
