Proposed Settlement; Hilton Davis Chemical Co. Litigation

In accordance with section 113(g) of the Clean Air Act (``Act''), notice is hereby given of a proposed settlement of Hilton Davis Chemical Co. v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, No. 94-3414 (6th Cir.). This petition for judicial review involves a challenge to a Request For Information (``RFI'') issued by EPA on February 15, 1994, that inter alia required Hilton Davis to submit certain information to EPA pursuant to section 114(a) of the Act.
