US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review on Brazilian Agricultural Tillage Tools

The US Department of Commerce has concluded its administrative review of countervailing duties on Brazilian agricultural tillage tools, determining no net subsidy for all companies involved, and will instruct the US Customs Service to liquidate subject shipments without duties, effective January 1, 1993 to December 31, 1993.
