Revision of Board of Directors Reporting Requirements

The Federal Housing Finance Board is amending its regulation on Board of Directors Responsibilities and Conduct to eliminate the required submission of Form FB-1, the Personal Certification and Disclosure Form, and the certification and disclosure requirements applicable to the four Federal Housing Finance Board Directors appointed by the President upon appointment and annually thereafter, in order to avoid duplicative and burdensome reporting requirements.
