Access to Confidential Business Information by Armstrong Data Services, Inc.

EPA has authorized Armstrong Data Services, Inc. (ADSI) of Vienna, Virginia who is the prime contractor, and Labat-Anderson, Inc. (LAI) of Arlington, Virginia who is the subcontractor, for access to information which has been submitted to EPA under the environmental statutes administered by the Agency.
