Environmental Review Procedures for Entities Assuming HUD Environmental Responsibilities

This proposed rule would amend the existing environmental regulations governing entities that assume HUD responsibilities by making the environmental review procedures consistent under the various programs to which these regulations apply. This proposed rule would also make clarifying and editorial changes to the existing environmental regulations governing entities that assume HUD responsibilities.
