EPA Deletes E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region VII has removed the E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company County Road X23 Superfund Site from the National Priorities List (NPL) due to completed remedial activities and no further cleanup being necessary under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)
