EPA Approves Missouri's Operating Permits Rule

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Missouri's rule, Rule 10 CSR 10-6.065, 'Operating Permits,' which establishes a mechanism for creating federally enforceable limitations to reduce sources' potential-to-emit pollutants. This approval allows Missouri to issue state operating permits addressing both criteria pollutants and hazardous air pollutants, as required by the Clean Air Act.
