US Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duty on Titanium Sponge from Russia

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping finding on titanium sponge from Russia, covering Berezniki Titanium-Magnesium Works (AVISMA) and exports from August 1, 1993 through July 31, 1994. Preliminary results indicate that AVISMA is a non-shipper due to insufficient knowledge of US destination, potentially leading to a cash deposit rate of 83.96% if final results are adopted.
