Big Stone-Grant Industrial Development and Transportation, L.L.C. Receives Construction Exemption from Interstate Commerce Commission

The Interstate Commerce Commission has granted Big Stone-Grant Industrial Development and Transportation, L.L.C. a conditional exemption to construct approximately 2 miles of track in Minnesota and South Dakota, pending further consideration of environmental impacts.
