Federal Acquisition Regulation; Assignment of Claims - Revised Authority to Prohibit Setoffs

The Federal Acquisition Regulation has been updated to expand the authority to prohibit setoffs against assignees when contractors assign a contract to a financial institution, following review under Executive Order 12866.
