EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that updates the state's requirements for controlling volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from major sources, as required by the Clean Air Act.
