EPA Approves Kentucky State Implementation Plan Revision for Hazardous Air Pollutants

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the Kentucky State Implementation Plan (SIP) to incorporate new permitting regulations and allow the state to issue Federally enforceable operating permits for hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), as required by the Clean Air Act.
