EPA Approves Kentucky's State Implementation Plan for Hazardous Air Pollutants

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to approve Kentucky's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision to establish a Federally enforceable state operating permit (FESOP) program and update air permit issuance procedures. The proposal aims to extend federal enforceability of Kentucky's FESOP to hazardous air pollutants, as mandated by the Clean Air Act of 1990.
