US Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Endangered Status for Puerto Rico's Cordia Bellonis Shrub

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has proposed to list Cordia bellonis, a shrub native to Puerto Rico, as endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, due to habitat loss and restricted distribution, and would provide federal protection and recovery provisions if the proposal is finalized.
