EPA Approves Virginia Air Quality Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Virginia's air quality implementation plan and a Section 111(d) plan, which reflect changes adopted by the state in 1985 and align with current state law as of September 28, 1995.
