Fees for Applications for Contract Market Designation

The staff reviews periodically the Commission's actual costs of processing applications for contract market designation (17 CFR Part 5, Appendix B) and adjusts its schedule of fees accordingly. As a result of the most recent review, the Commission is proposing to establish reduced fees for a limited class of simultaneously submitted multiple contract designation application filings.
