Coast Guard Establishes Permanent Special Local Regulation for Whatever Festival Hydroplanes

The Coast Guard is introducing a permanent special local regulation to ensure public safety during the annual Whatever Festival Hydroplanes racing event, which takes place on the fourth weekend in June on the Kennebec River in Augusta, Maine.
