National Emissions Standards for Radionuclide Emissions From Facilities Licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Federal Facilities Not Covered by Subpart H

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to rescind a regulation related to radionuclide emissions from nuclear facilities, following consultations with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The EPA aims to limit air emissions from these facilities to a safe level, as agreed upon by the two agencies.
