Clopyralid; Pesticide Tolerance

EPA proposes to establish a tolerance for residues of the herbicide clopyralid in or on the raw agricultural commodity asparagus. The proposed regulation to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of the herbicide was requested in a petition submitted under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) by the Interregional Research Project No. 4 (IR-4).
