Linuron; Pesticide Tolerance

EPA proposes to increase the established tolerance for residues of the herbicide linuron in or on the raw agricultural commodity asparagus. The proposed regulation to increase the maximum permissible level for residues of linuron was requested in a petition submitted by the Interregional Research Project No. 4 (IR-4) pursuant to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
