US Copyright Office Issues Final Regulations for Restored Works

The US Copyright Office has established procedures for filing Notices of Intent to Enforce and registering copyright claims for restored works, following the Uruguay Round Agreements Act's automatic restoration of copyright for foreign works effective January 1, 1996.
