EPA Removes Action Anodizing, Plating and Polishing Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region II has removed the Action Anodizing, Plating and Polishing site from the National Priorities List (NPL) due to successful cleanup efforts and protective remedial actions. The site, located in New York, no longer requires further hazardous substance response under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
