Petrolite Corp. Requests Exemption for -alkyl (C 21-C 71)-hydroxypoly(oxyethylene) in Pesticide Formulations

Petrolite Corp. has submitted a proposal to the U.S. government to exempt residues of -alkyl (C 21-C 71)-hydroxypoly(oxyethylene) from tolerance requirements when used as a wetting agent or granule coating in pesticide formulations, at levels not exceeding 10%. The request is made under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
