NFA to Conduct Reviews and Maintain Records of CPOs and CTAs Under CFTC Oversight

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is authorizing the National Futures Association (NFA) to review and maintain records of firms acting as commodity pool operators (CPOs) and commodity trading advisors (CTAs), and to serve as the official custodian of CFTC records.
